What kind of wax does Otio use?
We use 100% soy wax made in the USA.

What kind of oils do you use?
We strive for simplicity by combining essential oils with carefully selected human-made oils to craft subtle fragrances tailored to your preferences.

When will my item arrive?
We typically package orders within 1-3 business days. Once picked up and scanned into the system by our carrier, orders may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on where you are.

Do you need expedited shipments?

Do you ship to international countries?
Right now, we’re only shipping in the US. However, if you’d like us to launch our products in your country, email us at hi@otio.world.

What if I want to change an order?
If you need to change an order after confirming your purchase, email us at hi@otio.world. Sometimes, we can change the orders if you contact us within a few hours after the purchase, but we can’t guarantee this.

What if the product was broken while being shipped to me?
Our shipping boxes are designed to be amazingly durable. But if your product was damaged while being shipped, it's no problem. Email us at hi@otio.world with a photo and your order number, and we’ll swap out the candle.

Can I return the candle?
If there’s something wrong with your candle, email us at hi@otio.world within 21 days of order, and we’ll help start the process.

As a growing independent business, we cannot cover shipping costs yet but are always happy to send exchanges at no extra cost. Both exchanges and returns must be made within 21 days of delivery and require an order number.
